There is no warranty on damage to the shucker, from misuse or broken tips ( I can fix for free but shipping is charged )

I could make a thicker blunt shucker closer to a screwdriver which would be stronger - but I believe you want a precise tool and understand the benefit of a tip over a boring safe design
