This is Not Stainless steel - High carbon steel has many positives that many including myself appreciate! it will need maintenance and care to prevent rust or tarnish, and the patina will form and the blade will change with use! please read terms and warranty info on this website and feel free to contact me with any questions - if this is your first High carbon steel knife I would recommend research or going for a stainless knife in future drops perhaps
